VISION

Our vision is to provide, maintain and continually enhance best practice and highest standard of child’s care education for all pupils through visionary and inspirational leadership.

The pax academy, therefore, aims to:

• Establish, promote and sustain a culture of vibrant and healthy inquiry in the pursuit of excellence in early child development.
• Be a safe, happy place where everyone is known and valued, and where needs are acknowledged, accepted and met.
• Inspire curiosity and encourage each child to be independent and self-disciplined, to develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and respect for others and environment.

MISSION

Our mission is to care for and nurture the seeds of growth and development so that each child can blossom joyously into the world. All staff at Pax Academy are committed to working in close partnerships with parents/guardian’s and families and by so doing, deepen the content and expand the frontiers of knowledge in early childhood development to the utmost limit through the high quality of its childcare services. This unique and novel approach to creativity, safety, allows children to learn and develop their talents, self-confidence and core social values.

Our focus is to provide an encouraging educational experience, promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Committed to the families we serve, we strive to give parents complete peace of mind, while being seen as a shining example of what a quality childcare center should be.
